Amaury Guichon is a young, cosmopolitan Pastry Chef. With French origins and formation, he has begun his way from the École Lenôtre in Paris, where he has studied and perfected his technique through the years, collecting in 2010 the title of “Best Apprentice of France”. In 2013 he qualified for the partecipation to the “Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier?" program, where he has the opportunity to complete his formation under the guide of Christophe Michalak, Christophe Adam, Pierre Marcolini and Philippe Urraca. After his performance in television, he found his job as the Chef of a team at Jean Philippe Pâtisserie, in a prestigious “Aria” resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2016 Amaury begins to publish his creations on the social networks obtaining from the beginning big visibility, reaching tens of million of visualizations. Today he is a Pastry Chef and Pastry Consultant of international fame that organizes professional masterclasses worldwide, increasing day by day his media success with more that a million of followers on his Instagram profile.
