Sergey Kulkin is one of the most creative pastry magicians in Russia. After studying at the international pastry school “Vip-Masters”, he had the chance to train in the most important pastry academies, such as the famous “Bellouet Conseil” based in Paris, and with the most talented and creative international pastry chefs, such as Nina Tarasova and Amaury Guichon. Dynamic, creative and with an almost obsessive attention to elegance, his creations are outstandingly unique and have recalled the attention of a huge number of followers all over the world. Feeding his inner artist spirit, he gets inspired by famous architects, designers, artists, as well as the pure nature, which according to him, is “the best artist ever”.
When a unique and captivating project is born from the ideas sharing. Sergey Kulkin had the intuition of the perfect braided shape for his creations. After several months of constant exchange of designs, projects and prototypes, the collaboration between the chef and the Silikomart designers has reached the perfection with the shapes Intreccio and Mini Intreccio.
A refined design where the pattern recalls braided ropes creating a special decoration that will make every sweet occasion a special one.
Intreccio and Mini Intreccio are part of the 3Design range, a collection in which pastry meets design and aesthetics, where nature and harmony are the main inspirations. Thanks to this special collection, anyone will be able to create cakes and entremets like a professional. Each mould is equipped with a special internal border that gives a slight roundness to the base of your creations.
