Patricia Arribálzaga.

 

Born in Buenos Aires but based in Barcelona, Patricia Arribálzaga has more than 15 years experience in the confectionery and sugar craft world, a passion that she combined with her Fine Arts studies. She is currently considered the top cake designer in Spain, as well as a point of reference for the profession in Europe and Latin America.

Since 2002 she directs her own school Atelier Cakes Haute Couture in Barcelona, the first and most famous sugar-craft school in Spain, with international prestige.

 

Patricia chose Silikomart to develop the design mould DIVA, a dress shape that will be used by Patricia for her upcoming and awaited fourth book, “PASTELERIA FASHION”, that will be published at the beginning of 2019.
