Sharon Heinrich.

Sharon Heinrich is a pastry chef from Israel with a real love story with Paris and its pastry tradition. Eight years ago she crowned her dream and moved to the sweetest capital of world. Her love for Paris and for the French pastry come together into her blog “Paris Chez Sharon” which is dedicated to Paris and pastries.
Though the blog she has the possibility to research the Parisian world of patisserie and to meet world-famous pastry chefs, sharing with her followers all their masterpieces’ secrets.
She has become soon one of the most important and competent international influencer concerning French pastry. She started planning and leading “sweet tours” for pastry lovers in order to discover Parisian patisseries, chocolateries, salons de thé and bakery shops.

For Silikomart, she realized the exclusive recipe for the brand new 3Design mould SOFFICE INCANTO for a delicate swirl of sweetness.
